However, we highly recommend that you register an account with us as this will ease your transaction for your next purchase as your information will be automatically be filled up. For all local parcels deliveries will be delivered within the next 3-4 working days. 
The delivery time estimate depends on the availability of the items and our courier partners' dispatching schedules and routing, as well as traffic and weather conditions.

You will be notified via e-mail & sms  once your order is being shipped out and you will be given a tracking number. You can track your parcel via EasyParcel 

You can also input your AWB number below to track your parcel.

You can email us at cs@healthpasar.sg regarding your concern and indicate your order number. We will do our best to give you a respond within 1-2 working days.

If you have received your AWB Number from us, we recommend you contact directly EasyParcel's customer service for the status of your parcel. However, if you have yet to receive your AWB number, do inform our customer support via email at cs@incontech.com.sg.

No, there is no membership fee to participate in HealthPasar Rewards programme.

No, you need to create a store account to register as a HealthPasar Member.
